Start by scheduling a viewing through our online form. We’ll confirm your selected date or suggest an alternative. If you're satisfied with the room or property, click “Apply” to submit your details and required documents.
Once reviewed, we’ll respond with an approval or decline. Approved applicants receive a lease to sign. After signing, you'll pay the full rental cost (deposit, water, electricity, refuse). Choose between furnished (slightly higher cost) or unfurnished rooms. Once payment is received, you get your keys and can move in immediately.
Click “Book a Room” to access the calendar, select your check-in and check-out dates, choose a room, and enter the number of guests. Our system will calculate your total cost instantly.
Check-in is from 15h00, and check-out is by 10h00. A refundable R500 deposit is paid at check-in and returned within 24 hours after checkout if no damage is found. After your stay, you're welcome to leave a review on our website.
If you’re a homeowner looking to sell, we make the process fast and straightforward. Click on “Sell a Property” to access our seller’s form. You’ll be asked to provide key details about your home, including the asking price and location—ideally with the full street address.
Once submitted, we will review your property and get in touch with a fair offer price. The choice to accept or decline the offer is completely yours, with no pressure or obligation. We purchase directly from you, cutting out the middlemen and unnecessary delays.
The minimum rental period is 1 month. If you’re staying for only one month, you must give notice of your departure immediately when you move in.
